Kevin Donnelly (portrayed by Billy Lush) is the third eldest of four brothers. Intentionally or not, Kevin can be a bit of comic relief in an otherwise dark story. He believes he's lucky, yet he has never won a bet. His gambling sometimes gets him into trouble that Jimmy or Tommy would have to fix. He is loyal to his family, and will follow his brothers' orders and help them in whatever he can. However, his loyalty is often torn between his brothers. He sometimes must decide between what Jimmy wants to do and what Tommy says is right.
